COMMERCIAL WINDOW FILM · SIOUX CITY

Make your glass
work for the
way you work.

Film controls heat, glare and privacy on the glass your building already has. We look at the glass, the exposures and how each space is used, then recommend a film.

Offices, storefronts, schools and public buildings in Sioux City and about 100 miles around it.

START WITH THE NEED

One building.
Different demands.

Workspaces, customer areas and shared spaces may call for different choices. Define the purpose before selecting the film.

01 / SOLAR CONTROL

Plan for bright workspaces.

Reflective film gives the most heat and glare control, plus daytime privacy. It suits buildings used mostly by day and hard west and south exposures.

02 / PRIVACY & DESIGN

Give each space a purpose.

Frosts, patterns and stripes for conference rooms, office fronts and glass walls. Frost gives privacy day and night. Stripes also make glass walls easy to see, so people don’t walk into them.

03 / SAFETY & SECURITY

Specify the whole system.

Security film holds broken glass together and in the frame. For higher-security work, it can be anchored to the frame so the whole pane stays put.

A BUILDING-WIDE VIEW

Good planning starts
at the glass.

Glass construction, coatings, condition and existing film affect product suitability. Consider appearance across elevations and how the building is occupied.

If your plans or spec name a 3M FASARA or 3M Glass Finish product, we quote that exact product. We are a 3M dealer for decorative film. Send glazing records, specs and any bid deadline with your request.

BEFORE YOU CHOOSE

Practical questions.
Clear answers.

Product, glass and project conditions determine the recommendation.

Can film cut glare without making the building look dark?

Yes. Lighter films such as Ceramic have a neutral color and low reflection, so they barely change how the building looks. They cut less glare than darker or reflective films. We help you pick the balance and show samples on your glass.

Can we have privacy after dark?

Yes, with frosted or patterned film where privacy matters, such as conference rooms and office fronts. Frost works day and night. Reflective film gives daytime privacy only; at night, with lights on inside, it reverses.

Can you quote the 3M decorative film named in our spec?

Yes. We are a 3M dealer for decorative film (FASARA and Glass Finish). If the plans name a 3M product, we quote that exact product and don’t substitute without approval from the architect or GC.

Can work happen while the building is occupied?

Tell us your hours, tenants and access limits at the walk-through. We plan work areas and the schedule around them in the estimate.

What determines cost and warranty coverage?

Cost depends on the film, the glass area, access and installation needs. You get it in a written estimate after a free walk-through. Warranty terms depend on the film and the glass. Ask us for the written terms.
